Self-care morning routine!

In order to have a successful day you must be intentional and plan for success. Here are a few ways to crush your day and get shit done!

  1. Wake up early
  2. Do not check your phone or email
  3. Make your bed and let in some fresh light
  4. Drink a cold glass of water with lemon
  5. Burn some incense 
  6. Listen to postive audios or take 30 mins to read
  7. Write in your journal and jot down your goals for the day
  8. Eat a balanced healthy breakfast
  9. Go over your positive affirmations
  10. Give thanks
  11. Take a fresh shower and complete skin care routine
  12. Don't think about your problems from the day before 
  13. Exercise 
  14. Make an effort to feel beautiful
  15. Crush your to-do list
